  1. Prepare all ingredients. Use chilled chicken. Grapes take any variety, preferably seedless. Any thick yogurt is suitable for dressing.
  2. Rinse the chicken fillet well. To make poultry meat juicy, dip it in boiling water. Bring to a boil again. Salt a little and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes, until tender. Remove the resulting foam with a spoon. If desired, bay leaves and a few black peppercorns can be added to the broth.
  3. Leave the finished chicken meat to cool in the broth for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Cut the cooled fillet into small cubes and send to a deep salad bowl.
  5. Wash and dry the apple. Remove the seed pod. The skin does not need to be peeled. Cut the apple into small pieces. Add to poultry meat.
  6. Wash the grapes and pat dry. Cut the grapes in half. Send to the rest of the ingredients.
  7. Add chopped walnuts, salt, ground black pepper and yogurt.
  8. Stir the ingredients.
