Salad with chicken hearts, melted cheese and carrots is a tasty and easy-to-prepare dish that is suitable for both a festive table and every day.   1. We put a pot of water (1.5 l) on heat. Bring water to a boil.
  2. We thoroughly wash the hearts, then put them in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, drain the water, remove the hearts, wash the pan. Put the hearts back into the pot and fill with water. Bring to a boil, salt and cook for 30-35 minutes. Let the hearts cool down completely.
  4. We clean the onions and carrots.
  5. Onion cut into cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and carrots until soft, about 7 minutes. Cool down.
  7. Grated melted cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. From the cooled chicken hearts, we cut off all the films, fat and veins. Cut the hearts into strips.
  9. In a bowl, combine hearts, melted cheese, fried onions and carrots.
  10. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. We mix.
  11. We chop the dill.
