Delicious and hearty salad with chicken liver, apple and pickled onions is a simple dish with a rich taste. Pickled onion and sweet and sour apple go well with tender boiled liver.   1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Apple use sweet and sour varieties.
  3. Mayonnaise is suitable for any fat content.
  4. Wash the liver well. Trim off excess fat.
  5. Boil water in a saucepan and send the liver there. Pour in the salt. Bring the water to a boil again, then reduce the heat to low and simmer the liver for 10 minutes. Cool the cooked liver.
  6. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings and put in a deep bowl. Add cold boiled water, table vinegar, ground black pepper and a little salt to the onion. Optionally, you can add 1 pinch of sugar. Stir. Let the onion marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Cut the cooled liver into small pieces. Put in a salad bowl.
  8. Cut the apple in half. Cut out the core and, if desired, remove the peel.
  9. Cut the apple into small pieces and add to the salad bowl with the liver.
  10. Throw the pickled onion in a colander so that all the liquid is glassed.
  11. Add the onion to the rest of the ingredients.
  12. Finely chop the greens. Add to salad bowl.
  13. Dress the salad with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.
  14. Stir.

  16. You can immediately serve to the table.
