Very easy to prepare salad with chicken, radish, corn, cheese and cucumber. Tender chicken meat is in perfect harmony with fresh vegetables, canned corn, fresh herbs and mayonnaise.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Wash cucumber and radish and pat dry. Cut the tails off the radishes. Throw the canned corn in a colander so that all the liquid is glassed. You can use hard cheese, but I decided to use mozzarella.
  2. Rinse the chicken fillet well.
  3. Pour water into a saucepan. Add bay leaf, allspice, a little salt. Wash the dill and cut off the stems. Add the stems to the pot for extra flavor (you'll need the greens later). Bring the water to a boil. Put the chicken fillet into the pan. From the moment of boiling, cook for 15-25 minutes over low heat.
  4. Cool the cooked chicken meat to room temperature. If time permits, cool the fillet in the broth.
  5. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes. Put in a deep salad bowl.
  6. Peel the cucumber, if desired. Cut into cubes. Add to fillets.
  7. Cut the radishes into quarters. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
  8. Add the corn kernels to the salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  10. Finely chop the dill. Add to salad bowl.
  11. Salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise. Adjust the amount to your liking. It can be homemade or store-bought mayonnaise of any fat content. Stir.
  12. Salad with chicken, radish, corn, cheese and cucumber is ready.
  13. Bon appetit!
