Cod liver is a hearty, healthy and very tasty product. On the basis of cod liver, you can cook a lot of chic snacks. Today I offer you to cook a very tasty salad. The liver has a bright and characteristic taste, you should not interrupt it, but you can emphasize or supplement it. To do this, we take pickled mushrooms, add bell peppers, wild garlic and eggs. The salad is perfectly balanced in taste.

  1. Transfer the eggs to a saucepan, add water and cook for 10 minutes from the moment the water boils. Cool eggs in cold water.
  2. Peel eggs, cut into small cubes.
  3. Chop the wild garlic quite finely.
  4. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and remove the stalk. Cut the pepper into small pieces.
  5. Drain the oil from the cod liver jar. Transfer the liver to a bowl, mash with a fork.
  6. Add wild garlic to cod liver. Stir, rubbing the ingredients together a little.
  7. Add eggs and bell pepper to bowl.
  8. Rinse mushrooms under running cold water. Add mushrooms to salad. Mushrooms can be chopped if desired. I didn't cut.
  9. Rinse the dill, dry, finely chop and add to the salad.
  10. Season salad with oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything and serve the salad to the table.
