Salad with crab sticks and vegetables

Delicious salad of crab sticks, boiled rice and fresh vegetables. Simple, tasty and lean.

Ingredients

  1. Rinse rice, pour cold water. Boil until tender, 20-30 minutes.
  2. Throw the rice in a colander, rinse, carefully drain the water.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, cut into strips.
  4. Wash fresh cucumbers and cut into strips.
  5. Crab sticks cut into cubes.
  6. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste.
  7. Season with lean mayonnaise or olive oil.
  8. Mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the crab stick salad.
  9. Salad with crab sticks, rice and vegetables is ready.
