Surprisingly simple and unusual in taste, this dish is a salad of crab sticks with parsley and spicy dressing. All mixed - and in the refrigerator. And in a few hours you have a great snack ready!

  1. Free the sticks from the packaging. Carefully unfold the crab sticks and stack on top of each other.
  2. Use a knife to cut the unfolded crab sticks into thin strips (about 0.5 cm wide) and place them in a bowl.
  3. Finely chop the parsley with a knife.
  4. Grate the peeled garlic on a fine grater or crush with a special garlic press.
  5. For a savory dressing, combine vegetable oil, paprika, salt, Provencal herbs and hot red pepper. Add lemon juice.
  6. Add garlic and parsley to dressing.
  7. Stir dressing
  8. Transfer the aromatic dressing to the bowl with the chopped crab sticks.
  9. Toss the crab sticks with the dressing, cover and refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight.
  10. Transfer the salad to a festive salad bowl, garnish with a few parsley leaves and serve as an appetizer at the table.
