Lettuce mix, apples, walnuts, cheese and orange dressing are the main ingredients of this delicious salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare marinade. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, chili sauce, salt, honey, cilantro, vinegar, orange juice, and olive oil. Pour 1/4 cup of the marinade into a plastic bag, put the apple slices in the same place and mix well. Tie the bag well and put in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes. Put the rest of the marinade in the refrigerator. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat.
  2. Remove the apples from the marinade and string 6 metal skewers. Put the apples on the grill grate and cook, uncovered, for about 6-8 minutes, until golden brown (during cooking, you need to grease the apples with the marinade in which they were marinated). Then turn the skewers over and cook the apples for another 6-8 minutes.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce leaves, nuts and cheese. Put the fried apples in a salad bowl, pour over the reserved marinade and mix everything well.
