If the fried zucchini has not been left over from breakfast or dinner, then cut half of the zucchini into circles, roll in flour and fry on both sides in hot vegetable oil for a few minutes, until golden brown and soft. Salt in a pan. Let the zucchini cool down.
Fried zucchini, tomato, cucumber and lettuce cut into strips.
Coarsely grate the cheese, squeeze the garlic.
Salt and pepper a little. Add mayonnaise to the zucchini salad and mix.
Salad of fried zucchini, as well as fresh vegetables and cheese is ready.
