Salad with Korean carrots, cucumber and feta is a simple but very successful salad in terms of the combination of ingredients. Cucumber gives the salad freshness, Korean-style carrots spice and spiciness, and feta gives a delicate creamy taste. You can serve such a salad just like that, or as an appetizer or addition to the main course.

  1. Let's prepare the ingredients. Wash and dry cucumber and parsley.
  2. Cut the cucumber and feta into thin sticks, finely chop the parsley.
  3. Mix all the ingredients, add olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste. Since I make Korean-style carrots quite salty and spicy, I add black pepper and salt quite a bit, literally a pinch each.
