Salad with pancakes, ham, cheese and mushrooms

We invite you to prepare a festive salad with pancakes, in which ham, marinated champignons and cheese are in perfect harmony with chopped thin pancakes. The dough for pancakes is kneaded using dry fast-acting yeast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First, knead the pancake dough using dry high-speed yeast.
  2. Sift the sifted flour into a bowl.
  3. Add dry yeast to flour. Add sugar and salt.
  4. Stir (with a wooden spatula).
  5. Mix the egg with warm milk. Pour the resulting mass in small portions into the flour. Thoroughly mix the ingredients so that a dough without lumps is obtained.
  6. Pour vegetable oil into pancake dough. Mix again. Let the yeast dough “rest” in the heat for about 30 minutes.
  7. We bake thin pancakes from yeast dough.
  8. Ready-made yeast pancakes are stacked and cooled. For a salad, 3-4 pancakes will be enough.
  9. Cut the ham into strips.
  10. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  11. Marinated champignons cut into thin slices.
  12. Roll up the pancakes and then cut into strips.
  13. Add chopped pancakes to a salad with mushrooms, cheese and ham.
  14. Salad with ham, cheese, champignons and pancakes dressed with mayonnaise.
  15. We mix.
  16. Festive salad with pancakes is ready. Bon appetit!
