Salad with plums and cheese

  1. Cut the plums in half and then into quarters, carefully removing the pits. Cut the cheese into slices about a centimeter thick.
  2. Grind walnuts in a blender bowl, or even better - by hand in a mortar. Mix them with olive oil, a spoonful of honey and lemon juice. Then season with salt, pepper and mix well.
  3. On a large plate, without mixing, put all the lettuce leaves, cheese slices and plum quarters. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
