Salad with pumpkin, eggs and garlic is a simple salad with a minimum of calories. We use raw pumpkin, boiled eggs, and for dressing we take sour cream and garlic. The salad is good on its own, but it also perfectly complements meat, fish or poultry dishes.

  1. Prepare all items on the list.
  2. Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds.
  3. Dip the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for 10 minutes from the moment the water boils. Cool eggs in cold water.
  4. Peel the eggs from the shell, cut into small cubes.
  5. Peel a clove of garlic and pass through a press. In a bowl with sour cream, add garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix dressing. By the way, you can play with the dressing by adding other spices to taste.
  6. Grate the pumpkin on a Korean carrot grater.
  7. Add eggs and sour cream dressing to pumpkin.
  8. Mix all ingredients and take a sample.
