Cottage cheese salad? Why not. It is especially good for a summer breakfast or light dinner.

  1. Cut the radish and cucumber into slices. Tear the salad into small pieces. Chop the herbs finely. Chop green onions thinly.
  2. Whisk in the lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put lettuce leaves, radish and cucumber in a salad bowl, add herbs and pour over with dressing, stir. Sprinkle the cottage cheese over the salad and serve immediately.
