Salad with baked peppers and smoked mackerel is a delicious and hearty salad that is suitable for both a family dinner and a festive table. A bright and fragrant dish that is not at all difficult to prepare with the necessary ingredients, but the result will definitely please you.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the peppers, put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes. Turn peppers halfway through cooking.
  2. They will be ready when the skins are scorched.
  3. To peel the peppers, put them (after they have cooled slightly) in a bag (or wrap them tightly in foil). When the vegetables have cooled, take them out of the bag, remove the skin and remove the seeds.
  4. Remove the skin from the smoked mackerel, remove the bones and cut into smaller pieces. Put fish pieces on washed lettuce leaves. Add halved cherry tomatoes, chopped green onions and roasted peppers.
  5. Before serving, add any salad dressing, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice to the salad.
  6. Salad ready. Bon appetit!
