Salad with roasted tomatoes

It can be a great addition to a steak. Cherry tomatoes are the best to use. Firstly, they perfectly tolerate roasting due to their density, and secondly, in winter in our area, only cherry tomatoes really have a tomato flavor.

  1. Cut medium-sized tomatoes into rings about a centimeter thick. Heat a frying pan, pour in a little olive oil and fry the tomato slices until a crust appears, and then remove from heat.
  2. Mix natural yoghurt with 50 ml olive oil. Crush the garlic clove with a knife, disassemble into fibers and finely chop. Add chopped garlic to yogurt with butter, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the mixture of lettuce leaves with the resulting sauce, garnish with fried tomato rings and serve when they have cooled down a bit - or still hot, this is already a matter of taste.
