Recipe for a delicious salad of salmon and tart avocado, which is complemented by rice and two types of cheese.

  1. Wash rice until clear water. Pour 0.5 l of water into a saucepan, add 1/2 tsp. salt and cook for 15 minutes until tender (soft rice). Drain the remaining water using a colander.
  2. We cut 3 long strips from salmon, which will decorate the salad. Cut the rest of the salmon into cubes.
  3. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Knead the curd cheese with a fork.
  5. Mix half of the grated cheese with soft cheese.
  6. We add almost all mayonnaise to cheeses (leave 1 tablespoon).
  7. Finely chop the washed dill.
  8. Add dill to cheeses. We mix.
  9. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon and chop finely. Sprinkle the pulp with lemon juice so that it does not darken.
  10. We form a fish salad with avocado. We take a square shape with a size of 7 cm and a height of 4 cm. We spread half of the salmon.
  11. Lay out a layer of rice. We tamp.
  12. Lay out a layer of avocado. We also slightly tamp.
  13. Lay out a layer of cheese. We tamp well.
  14. Spread a layer of the remaining salmon and add mayonnaise.
  15. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  16. We make roses from strips of salmon. We decorate the fish salad with avocado with salmon roses.
