Salad with squid and champignons

Salad with squid and champignons will appeal to seafood lovers and not only. The salad is very tasty, hearty, suitable for a festive table.

  1. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms with onions until golden brown. Season mushrooms with onions, salt and pepper.
  3. Defrost squids, wash and clean.
  4. Dip the squids in salted boiling water, bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes, no more. Then take the squid out of the water and cool.
  5. Cut squid into strips.
  6. Crush walnuts with a rolling pin or chop in a blender.
  7. Grate the cheese.
  8. Peel a clove of garlic, pass through a press and mix with mayonnaise.
  9. Put the fried mushrooms with onions in a bowl.
  10. Add grated cheese.
  11. Lay out the squid.
  12. Dress the salad with garlic mayonnaise.
  13. Mix.
  14. Put the salad of squid and champignons into plates in portions, sprinkle with chopped nuts, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
