Salad with squid and crab sticks

Delicious salad of crab sticks is originally served in the form of fluffy yellow balls on lettuce leaves. Such a salad of squid, crab sticks and eggs can be safely served on the festive table!

  1. We wash the squids well, removing the insides and the chitinous plate. Then boil in salted water: dip in boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes, no more, after boiling.
  2. We take out boiled squids from boiling water and lower them into cold water. Then, having thoroughly washed the squid carcasses, peel off the film from them and cut into small strips.
  3. Crab sticks cut into strips, after defrosting them.
  4. Pour the chopped crab sticks into a plate with squid.
  5. Hard-boiled eggs (8-10 minutes after boiling), cool under cold water, peel and finely chop. Leave the yolk of one egg for decoration.
  6. Pour the chopped eggs into a plate with squid and crab sticks.
  7. Chilled processed cheese rubbed on a grater.
  8. Pour melted cheese to the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Add peeled and chopped (chopped) garlic to mayonnaise, mix. We dress the salad with this mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix.
  10. Wash 4 lettuce leaves. After drying the leaves, put them on a dish.
  11. Divide the seasoned salad with squid and crab sticks into four equal parts, form four balls from these parts.
  12. Arrange lettuce balls on lettuce leaves. We rub the laid yolk of a boiled egg on a fine grater, sprinkle it with lettuce balls. You can decorate the salad with a flower cut from a tomato with a chopped olive inside, as well as fresh cucumber, herbs, etc.
  13. Salad with squid and crab sticks can be served. Bon appetit!
