Salad with squid, ham, cucumbers and corn

Salad with squid and corn - light and very tasty. An original and very successful combination of fresh cucumbers, lean ham, soft squid and juicy canned corn provides an amazing taste and makes the salad quite nutritious.

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Defrost the squid.
  3. Free the corn from the liquid.
  4. Boil 1 liter of water in a saucepan or saucepan and lower the squid carcass there. Bring the water to a boil over high heat and cook the squid for 1 minute.
  5. Remove the squid carcass from the water and cool.
  6. Peel the cooled squid from the film inside and out and cut into thin long strips.
  7. Cut the ham into thin long strips as well.
  8. Peel cucumbers - it can be bitter in the finished dish. Slice the cucumbers into thin slices and then into long strips.
  9. Combine canned corn, prepared squid, ham and fresh cucumbers in a deep bowl.
  10. Mix salad ingredients. Add mayonnaise and mix again.
  11. Taste the salad, add salt and black pepper. To improve the taste, I recommend additionally cooling the dish in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  12. Salad with squid, ham, cucumbers and corn is ready to serve. Transfer the salad to a platter or salad bowl and serve.
  13. The combination of squid and canned corn has long been recognized as successful, but ham and fresh cucumber make the salad more satisfying and original.
