A beautiful salad with tomatoes, veal and croutons will decorate both your everyday life and the festive table. Thanks to the fried veal, the salad is nutritious, the tomatoes add juiciness, and the croutons give a pleasant crunch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, heat 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Peel the garlic, cut into slices. Sauté the garlic for 2-3 minutes to release the flavor into the oil.
  2. Take the garlic out of the pan.
  3. If desired, garlic can be chopped finely with a knife or mashed with a fork.
  4. Cut the bread into cubes.
  5. In the pan where the garlic was fried, add the diced bread. Stirring, cook until golden brown, 3-5 minutes. Take the breadcrumbs out of the pan.
  6. Cut the veal into strips, put in a pan and fry over high heat until browned, 7 minutes. We salt a little.
  7. Then cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer the meat for about 15 minutes, until tender. Pour water into the pan, if necessary, so that the meat does not burn.
  8. (If you use a different part of the veal, the cooking time for the meat may vary.)
  9. Squeeze juice from half a lemon. It will take 2 tbsp. spoons of juice.
  10. Put meat and garlic in a salad bowl.
  11. Onion cut into thin half rings. We send the onion to the rest of the ingredients.
  12. Add lemon juice and mix.
  13. Finely chop the dill and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  14. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.
  15. Lettuce leaves cut or tear with your hands into small pieces.
  16. Put lettuce leaves and tomatoes in a salad bowl.
  17. Mix the salad, salt and pepper to taste. Fill with the remaining vegetable oil.
  18. Add croutons to the salad just before serving so that they do not get soggy. If the salad will stand on the table for some time, then it is better to serve the crackers separately, then everyone can add them to their salad later.
  19. Enjoy your meal!
