This salad is for lovers of unusual combinations. Prepare a salad with tuna, cheese, eggs and olives. All ingredients are in perfect harmony and complement each other. Despite the simplicity and ease of preparation, this salad may well claim to be a festive one.

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Canned tuna is suitable in pieces in oil and chopped. I had a jar of chopped tuna in oil. Use pitted olives. Greens for decoration can be any.
  2. Drain the canned tuna into a strainer and leave for 10-15 minutes to drain all the oil.
  3. Meanwhile, grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Send the grated cheese to the salad bowl.
  4. Hard-boil eggs in salted water (10 minutes from the moment of boiling). Cool the eggs in cold water. Peel off the shell. Cut into cubes. Add eggs to grated cheese.
  5. Cut the olives into rings. Add to the rest of the ingredients. Leave one olive for garnish.
  6. Add canned tuna to salad bowl.
  7. Season the salad with ground black pepper and salt to taste. Season with mayonnaise. Stir.
  8. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl for serving. Garnish with a lemon wedge, olive and herb leaves. Serve to the table.
