Ripe and sweet watermelon, salty creamy cheese and fresh juicy tomatoes with a slight sourness - an unusual, but very successful combination.   1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. For a brighter and more beautiful look of the salad, you can take tomatoes of different colors.
  3. If you have a seedless variety of watermelon, then the cooking process will be even more reduced.
  4. Separate the pulp of the watermelon from the rind and remove the black and white seeds. Cut the pulp into cubes about 2x2 cm in size.
  5. Cut the tomatoes in the same pieces.
  6. Remove the basil leaves from the stem.
  7. Cut the cheese into medium cubes, hot pepper - into very small cubes. (To prevent the dish from being too spicy, do not add pepper seeds to the salad).
  8. Combine tomatoes with watermelon cubes in a salad bowl or on a platter.
  9. Add cheese, hot pepper and chopped basil leaves (I tore the leaves with my hands, but you can cut them into strips).
  10. Lightly salt and pepper the salad (a pinch each), drizzle with olive oil.
  11. Salad with watermelon, tomatoes and cheese is ready. To improve the taste before dressing, the salad can be sent to the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes.
  12. Serve an appetizer at the table. The taste of all components is very harmonious. Basil is refreshing in both color and aroma.
