Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare products according to the list.
  2. You can choose red fish at your discretion - salmon, pink salmon, trout or chum salmon.
  3. I have rye bread, but wheat bread or any other bread will suit your taste.
  4. Break the eggs into a bowl and mix until the yolk and white are combined.
  5. We wash the dill, chop it finely with a knife and send it to a bowl with eggs.
  6. We mix.
  7. Cut the tomato into slices.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  9. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook over medium heat for about 30 seconds.
  10. Put two slices of bread in the center of the omelet so that there is a small distance between them. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the egg mixture sets.
  11. Using two scoops, gently turn the omelet and bread over.
  12. Place a slice of cheese on the visible contours of the bread.
  13. Put the red fish on the cheese.
  14. We wrap the edges of the omelet, partially covering the fish.
  15. Put another piece of cheese on one half of the sandwich.
  16. Put tomato slices on the cheese.
  17. Fold the sandwich in half.
  18. Cook the omelette sandwich for about 1 minute more on each side to brown the bread
  19. A sandwich with omelet, cheese, red fish and tomato is ready. We transfer it to a plate and serve it to the table, decorating with herbs if desired.
  20. Cheese, salted fish and tender omelet go well together.
  21. Bon Appetit!
