I love to cook, and when my husband tells me that today he ate and he liked it, for me it's a holiday of the soul. To feed a real man, he must cook meat. My signature recipe is schnitzel hunting, as it cooks quickly and is enviously tender and appetizing. If you want to please your husband, then try to use my recipe. Enjoy your cooking!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The main thing in this dish is, of course, meat. Therefore it is necessary to approach its acquisition with all responsibility. You need to take the freshest meat. Then it should be thoroughly washed and remove all the extra small bones, veins.
  2. Next, it must be cut into small pieces, should come out meatballs, we will beat them, but not too hard so as not to damage the structure (then the meat will be hard and not tasty).
  3. In order not to contaminate the whole kitchen when beating the meat, it can be put in a tight plastic bag, put on a cutting board, cover with a towel and then beat. After that, cover with cling film and remove to the side.
  4. Peel an onion and wash in water, chop finely. Then heat a frying pan with oil and fry the onion until golden brown. Next, wash and cut into pieces of mushrooms, send them to stew onions.
  5. A little later, send the flour there and, stirring constantly, add a thin stream of cold milk and cream. Bring the sauce to a boil, add salt and pepper at the end, add nutmeg and chopped parsley. Remove it from the heat and set aside.
  6. To properly cook the schnitzel, we need to fry it properly. In separate bowls are: flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  7. The meat, which we beat before, add a little salt and pepper to taste, then alternately roll in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs and send everything to the pan.
  8. Fry for about one and a half to two minutes on each side so that the eggs set and the meat formed a ruddy crust. Inside the schnitzel will be tender.
  9. Be sure to eat hot. For a side dish you can make french fries or boil and puree. Before serving, pour the sauce, garnish with herbs.
  10. Bon appetit!
