The Scottish egg is a British dish. It consists of boiled eggs inside minced meat, fried in bread crumbs. An excellent dish both for breakfast and for a festive table.

  1. Season the minced chicken with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning.
  2. Add parsley leaves.
  3. We take 50 g of minced chicken and form a cake. Put a boiled egg in the center and completely cover it with minced meat, forming a ball.
  4. Dip the balls in flour, dip in a beaten chicken egg and bread in breadcrumbs.
  5. Let them cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Put eggs in a Scottish way in the heated oil and deep-fry for 1.5-2 minutes over medium heat.
  7. We spread the golden balls on napkins to remove excess fat.
  8. The Scottish eggs are ready.
