Scrambled eggs with zucchini

Delicious, hearty and very quick to prepare breakfast from a minimum of ingredients - tender, airy scrambled eggs with zucchini that make it incredibly juicy.

  1. Break eggs into a deep bowl, add salt.
  2. Beat eggs and salt until smooth with a fork or whisk.
  3. Wash the zucchini, peel and chop finely.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, put the zucchini.
  5. Fry the zucchini over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until soft.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  7. With constant stirring, wait until the eggs set completely.
  8. Serve hot scrambled eggs with zucchini, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
