For lovers of seafood salads, I offer an original recipe that includes shrimp, squid, mussels, as well as pear and hard cheese. As for me - the combination is very successful, albeit unusual!

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need. Take a soft and sweet pear.
  2. Put the seafood cocktail in a preheated pan without defrosting. Season with salt to taste and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
  3. Cut the cheese into thin strips.
  4. Cut the pear into strips without peeling.
  5. Now place the salad on a flat plate. The first layer will be cheese.
  6. The next layer is pear.
  7. And finally, put the fried seafood on top. Drizzle the whole thing with olive oil. Decorate the salad with herbs - and you can serve it to the table. A glass of red wine goes well with this salad. Bon Appetit!
