Recipe for making a vegetarian seaweed salad. Japanese kitchen.

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes (you can use triangles). Pour over soy sauce, add sesame seeds and set aside for 6 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable oil to seaweed (or seaweed).
  3. Add finely chopped garlic, pepper (chopped into strips), tomatoes (chopped into small cubes), avocado.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the salad on a plate, place the tofu on top and decorate with avocado slices in a circle. Bon Appetit!
