Seaweed salad with tuna and avocado

Easy and quick puff salad with tuna, avocado, seaweed and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  1. First prepare the salad dressing. Mix olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. As you stir, the dressing will thicken and become like a sauce.
  3. Place a culinary ring or any other form on a serving plate, put cabbage and 1/3 of the prepared dressing on top.
  4. Drain the liquid from the tuna, lightly chop the fish with a fork and place on the cabbage. Cover the layer of tuna with the dressing.
  5. Remove the pit and skin from the avocado, cut into small cubes and put on top. Drizzle the avocado salad with the remaining dressing.
  6. Arrange cherry tomato quarters or halves nicely on top of the tuna, seaweed and avocado salad.
  7. Lettuce, tuna, avocado and tomato salad chill in the refrigerator before serving.
