Semolina zrazy, it seems to me, is prepared only by Russian-speaking people. Once upon a time they were served in kindergartens. Semolina zrazy turns out to be very lush, tender and incredibly tasty. Try it!

  1. First, let's cook semolina. To do this, add butter, salt to boiling milk, mix. The oil should dissolve. Then, stirring constantly, pour semolina into the boiling milk in a thin stream. Cook semolina for 5-6 minutes. Leave the boiled semolina to cool.
  2. Pass the boiled meat through a meat grinder.
  3. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes.
  4. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion in it until soft. Then cool it down.
  5. Mix meat minced through a meat grinder with fried onions, salt and pepper.
  6. Drive eggs into the cooled semolina, mix well.
  7. From semolina with an egg, mold a cake with wet hands. Place a spoonful of minced meat in its center, glue the edges and form a zazu.
  8. Breaded semolina in flour.
  9. Semolina zrazy should be fried in a pan in hot vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Serve semolina zrazy with your favorite white sauce, rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables. Bon Appetit!
