  1. Wash, dry and cut the meat into rectangular pieces 4x3 cm. Peel the onion and cut into rings. In a saucepan put the meat with onions and mix.
  2. Pour spices on top: hops-suneli, coriander seeds (seeds are best crushed slightly with a wide knife blade), salt, ground black pepper. Pour pomegranate juice, pouring it directly on the spices. Stir. Add to the marinade about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix well again.
  3. Cover the meat with an inverted plate and press with a fork - it should be completely covered with marinade.
  4. Shish kebab should be marinated for 2 days in the refrigerator (this is an ideal option). The meat should be stirred occasionally and pressed again with a wick. You can reduce the marinating time to 1 day. Put the marinated pieces of meat on skewers and fry over charcoal until cooked, periodically turning around its axis.
  5. Ready barbecue is served with fresh vegetables, herbs and sauces
