Shrimp with asparagus

Shrimp with asparagus is not only a delicious, but also a healthy delicacy that you can cook at home. Steamed shrimp and asparagus go well together.

  1. Finely chop our greens (I have parsley).
  2. Mix herbs with lemon juice.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic there.
  4. Add a piece of butter to the mixture.
  5. Finally, salt and pepper.
  6. Mix well.
  7. We form a ball from the resulting mixture, wrap it in a plastic bag and send it to the freezer for a short time.
  8. We clean the shrimp, remove the intestinal string.
  9. Put the washed asparagus in a double boiler.
  10. Put peeled shrimps on top of the asparagus.
  11. And on top we rub the green oil we cooked from the freezer on a coarse grater.
  12. We cook the whole thing for a couple of about 8 minutes.
  13. We take out the finished asparagus and shrimps from the steamer, serve on plates and serve. Bon Appetit!
