A simple zucchini casserole is really a very easy to prepare, but very tasty dish from the ingredients at hand. Not sure what to make with zucchini - try this!

  1. So let's get started. Cut the zucchini into thin slices with a sharp knife.
  2. Cut the onion into thin rings in the same way.
  3. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Beat three eggs until fluffy.
  5. Mix loose ingredients separately: flour, salt and pepper.
  6. If desired, you can add any other spices - whichever you like best.
  7. Pour the eggs whipped until foamy into a deep bowl.
  8. Add flour and milk, knead until smooth.
  9. Pour vegetable oil into the mixture, knead again until smooth.
  10. Add a little mustard to the mixture.
  11. Finally, add the grated cheese to the mixture. Mix everything with a spoon until smooth.
  12. Add onion and zucchini to the resulting dough.
  13. Stir gently so that the vegetables set well with the dough.
  14. We take a form, grease it lightly with vegetable oil, put our vegetables with dough into it.
  15. We bake for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
