Sorbet with wine and grapefruit

For the preparation of ice cream for adults, we recommend taking these wines. Yuzu has a special taste: a pronounced mandarin abruptly turns into citric acid. And sherry has a fruit bouquet and nutty flavor.

Ingredients

• Grapefruit juice - 50 ml (also suitable orange or lemon);
• Yuzu wine - 1 tbsp. ;
• Aperol liqueur - 1 tbsp.;
• Dry sherry - 1 tbsp.

Directions

1. Mix wine and grapefruit juice.
2. Add 1 tbsp. liqueur Aperol. Mix well.
3. Pour into molds and leave in the freezer overnight. The total freezing time is at least 10 hours.
