Sorrel and peach salad

I love discovering original and non-classical product combinations that turn out to be very successful. Sorrel and peach salad is just such a successful and unexpected combination.

  1. My peach, remove the bone from it and cut into slices (as in the photo).
  2. Fry the peach wedges in a dry skillet, about 30 seconds on each side. If the pan is bad and you are afraid that it will burn, add a little oil.
  3. Put washed and dry sorrel leaves on a serving plate, on top of them - fried peach slices.
  4. Top with feta cheese, salt, pepper and season with a mixture of honey, balsamic and olive oil. Done!
