Light, healthy, hearty, aromatic, tasty ... the advantages of this wonderful and simple sorrel soup in a slow cooker can be enumerated for a long time. But it's better to see for yourself, isn't it? :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's prepare the ingredients first. To do this, all vegetables are cleaned in my most careful way and clean, as it should be for each of them.
  2. Now chop the greens and onions in a blender or finely chop with a knife, you can immediately mix everything. And cut the potatoes into cubes or cubes, as you like.
  3. And now we put the onion-green mixture into the bowl of the multicooker, fill it with any vegetable oil on top, set the timer for half an hour in the "Baking" mode.
  4. Five minutes after you set the "Baking" mode, you need to get our toasted mixture, add potatoes to it, pour the whole thing with water. Then add salt and all the desired spices.
  5. We send it to the multicooker, and let it cook for another 25 minutes in the same "Baking" mode.
