If your milk has gone bad, this is not a reason to immediately pour it out. I recommend making a simple sour milk pie for tea or coffee: you will not regret it!

  1. Use softened butter. It should be ground with half the sugar.
  2. Pour a glass of milk into the grated butter.
  3. Add one egg and the rest of the sugar. Add baking soda and vinegar. Now stir everything to a state of liquid sour cream.
  4. Pour the sifted flour into the mass. Stir well so that the dough is free of lumps. It will be slightly thicker than sour cream. In a word - quite liquid. It will need to be poured into the mold. Pre-grease it with vegetable oil and sprinkle with a little flour.
  5. Bake the sour milk pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. You can sprinkle the finished sour milk pie with icing sugar before serving. Bon Appetit!
