Soy meat can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes. My recipe is useful for those who are fasting or who do not eat meat. Delicious and healthy soy chops, you'll love it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To make soy meat tasty, it must be boiled in water with spices. In plain water, it can lose all its taste. So combine the water, soy sauce, and spices in a saucepan. Put the resulting broth on fire.
  2. Put the soy meat in a saucepan with broth, bring to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Throw the cooked meat in a colander and let it drain. While it flows down and cools down, we proceed to the batter.
  4. Mix water, vinegar, spices, salt, sugar and flour. Mix well with a whisk.
  5. The dough should be slightly thicker than for the pancakes. Add baking soda just before frying.
  6. Lightly squeeze excess liquid from each piece of soy meat by hand. Put a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat.
  7. Dip soy meat in batter and send to the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown. It will take about 1-2 minutes to one side. Put the finished chops on a platter.
