Spaghetti salad

This salad goes well with spaghetti. Simple enough, tasty and healthy.

  1. Rinse the arugula leaves under running water and put them on a towel - let the excess moisture go away.
  2. We wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes, put them in a salad bowl.
  3. We clean and chop the garlic, send it to the tomatoes.
  4. We clean the onion and cut into thin half rings. You can scald the onion with boiling water to remove excess bitterness, or pickle it in vinegar.
  5. We spread arugula leaves and onions in a salad bowl to the tomatoes. Salt and pepper. Gently mix the salad.
  6. Season the salad with sour cream or natural yogurt. You can mix sour cream with yogurt. Bon Appetit!
