Spanish salad with ham and cheese

Spanish salad with ham, cheese, mushrooms and vegetables - bright, juicy, very tasty.

Ingredients

• Ham - 100 g
• Hard cheese - 100 g
• Marinated champignons - 100 g
• Bulgarian red pepper - 0.5 pcs.
• Bulgarian green pepper - 0.5 pcs.
• Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
• Green onion - 3 sprigs
• For refueling:
• Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
• Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. the spoon
• Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
• Garlic - 1 clove
• Ground black pepper - to taste
• Salt - to taste

Directions

1. For salad dressing, combine vegetable oil, soy sauce and lemon juice in a small jar.
2. Add garlic, passed through a press, black pepper to taste and, if desired, salt (I did not add salt).
3. Close the jar with a lid, shake well several times. The Spanish salad dressing with ham and cheese is ready.
4. Cut the ham into cubes.
5. Cheese cut into cubes.
6. Peel the red and green bell pepper halves and cut into cubes.
7. Put everything in a salad bowl. Add sliced ​​tomatoes.
8. Lay out the marinated mushrooms.
9. Add finely chopped green onions.
10. Dress the salad with ham, cheese, marinated champignons and fresh vegetables with the prepared dressing, mix.
