A simple spicy vegetable salad with a minimum of ingredients but great taste. For me, it turned out to be even too spicy, so when adding pepper, be guided by your taste. If you add sweet peppers of different colors - yellow, red, then the salad will be even brighter and more beautiful.
Such a salad with a rich spicy aroma is perfect not only for meat dishes, but also for potatoes, pilaf, pasta.

  1. Finely chop the cabbage.
  2. Young cabbage is more suitable for salad.
  3. Peel the carrots, grate on a grater for Korean carrots and add to the cabbage.
  4. Remove seeds from bell pepper, cut into strips and add to bowl.
  5. Cucumbers cut into strips and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Finely chop the greens, chop the garlic or pass through a press and add to the vegetables.
  7. For the sauce, combine hot red pepper and ground coriander in a bowl. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and pour it into a bowl. Mix. Add vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Mix.
  8. Pour dressing over salad, season with salt and toss to combine.
