A very spring salad that can be quickly prepared for dinner or as a picnic snack with meat. Thanks to feta, the salad turns out to be hearty, but at the same time light and tender. If desired, feta can be replaced with another soft cheese, for example, mozzarella or feta cheese, which must first be soaked.

  1. Rinse and dry the salad.
  2. Cut the radish and cucumber into slices as thin as possible (it is convenient to do this with a knife for peeling vegetables.
  3. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  4. Combine olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a jar. Cap tightly and shake to combine all dressing ingredients.
  5. Combine the vegetables with the resulting dressing, place the cheese cubes on top and mix gently again so that the cheese does not crumble.
