Separate the broccoli into florets and boil in salted water. Throw away in a colander.
Finely chop the garlic. Cut the leek into thin rings or half rings. Peel the hot pepper from the seeds and finely chop.
In a deep frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil and add chopped garlic and leek in it for 1-2 minutes. Add hot peppers and broccoli. Salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Drain the oil from the sprats and mash them with a fork. Add to vegetables, stir. Simmer for 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon of oil or sprat oil.
Put the sprat salad in a salad bowl. Delicious both warm and cold.
