Salmon spring rolls are the hit of the season, a hugely popular dish that has taken over Instagram and other social media. Well, I'll be in trend and give you a recipe for spring rolls with salmon :) Delicious and healthy!

  1. Peel avocados and cucumbers and cut into thin slices.
  2. Cut the carrots into thin, long strips.
  3. Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces.
  4. Soak rice paper in hot water. It is enough to dip the paper in hot water for 10-20 seconds.
  5. Remove the paper from the water and place it gently on your work surface.
  6. Gently fold a small portion of the ingredients (all at once - carrots, cucumbers, avocado, lettuce, salmon) on the bottom half of the rice paper.
  7. Wrap the roll like a pancake.
  8. Serve with some oriental sauce. Soy will do. Bon Appetit!
