  1. So, my broccoli, cut off the stem with a sharp knife and divide the cabbage into inflorescences.
  2. We put broccoli inflorescences in a multicooker container (or on the upper level of a double boiler - with this device, of course, broccoli can also be cooked). Pour 5-6 measuring cups of water into the bowl, turn on the unit. Steaming broccoli will literally take 7-1-0 minutes, depending on the size of the inflorescences.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  4. Clean and finely chop the garlic. Chop it finely or squeeze it directly into the pan with oil and fry, stirring constantly, for half a minute.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice there and, if desired, cut into thin strips of chili.
  6. Add soy sauce, pepper, stir, remove from heat.
  7. We fill the broccoli with aromatic garlic oil and serve it hot - hot - with heat.
