Steamed chicken cutlets are a dietary dish. Maybe for someone steamed food is not tasty, but cutlets fried in oil lose all their beneficial properties and are even harmful to the body.

  1. We wash the breast under running water, dry and cut into small slices.
  2. About the same size as shown in the photo.
  3. Grind the carrots with a blender.
  4. Lightly fry the carrots in vegetable oil until they release their juice.
  5. Then grind the chicken with a blender to the state of minced meat. Grind the chicken in portions.
  6. Then combine the minced chicken with the carrots and add the egg. Salt, pepper, add seasonings.
  7. Pour some water into a bowl, moisten our hands in it and form cutlets.
  8. We make them round.
  9. We send the formed cutlets to cook in a double boiler for 7-9 minutes (this is quite enough) under a closed lid. Bon Appetit!
