Steam cooking is a quick, convenient and, most importantly, healthy way. Steamed minced meat turns out to be juicy and soft, does not contain extra calories and is suitable for dietary nutrition.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Scroll the chicken fillet through a meat grinder twice (if you have a blender, grind it at high speed).
  2. Skip the onions with the chicken. Salt the minced meat, add chopped herbs and milk.
  3. Knead the minced meat well and beat off so that as little oxygen as possible remains in it.
  4. Place a small pot of water on the stove.
  5. Lightly grease a colander or metal sieve and put the minced meat on the bottom in an even layer.
  6. Place a colander on top of the pot.
  7. Cover the colander with a tight-fitting lid. When the water boils (this will become clear by the characteristic gurgling sounds), reduce the fire, making it weak, but sufficient for the water to boil evenly.
  8. After 20 minutes, when the kitchen is saturated with breathtaking odors, turn off the gas.
  9. After another 5-10 minutes, you can remove the colander, open the lid and make sure that the minced meat is completely ready.
  10. We take it out with a spatula or a convenient spoon and put it on plates.
  11. If health permits, we eat with our favorite sauce. Otherwise, low-fat sour cream will be good.
