  1. Chop the onion.
  2. Cut the peeled fennel and carrots into strips.
  3. Fry carrots and fennel in olive oil.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes to soften the vegetables a little. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Rinse and dry the fish fillets. Place it on a vegetable pillow and cook, covered, for 10 minutes (low heat).
  6. Mix lemon juice with water and pour it over the fish, also add chopped parsley. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Bon Appetit!
