I suggest you cook stewed cabbage with chicken at home. The pluses in this dish cannot be counted - and tasty, and satisfying, and aromatic, it saves the budget, and it will not add centimeters at the waist.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The first step is to wash and clean, if necessary, vegetables.
  2. Finely chop cabbage, carrots and onions. A special grater for Korean carrots is good for this, it is usually found in every home.
  3. Defrost the chicken, cut into medium-sized chunks and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices, if desired. You can add soy sauce.
  4. Fry the chicken fillet in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
  5. When the fillet is a little fried, add the onions and carrots, cook until the onions are transparent.
  6. Now, along with the remaining oil, pour the contents of the pan into a saucepan with thick walls, add the tomato paste and mix well.
  7. Add half of our cabbage, add a little water, and simmer under the lid over very low heat.
  8. When the cabbage begins to darken, add the rest, and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat, not forgetting to stir.
  9. At the very end, we taste it and, if necessary, add more salt and pepper.
